This Privacy Policy describes how Ezy Photo Clean ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Ezy Photo Clean mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We DO NOT Collect

Ezy Photo Clean is built to respect your privacy. We DO NOT:

• Access, collect, or store your photos or videos
• Track your location or GPS coordinates
• Collect personally identifiable information (PII)
• Share any data with third parties
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Access your contacts, messages, or other apps
• Transmit any data to external servers

1.2 On-Device Processing Only

All photo and video analysis occurs entirely on your device using Apple's PhotoKit framework. This includes:

• Duplicate photo detection
• Blur detection
• Screenshot identification
• Large file analysis
• Location classification (using EXIF metadata embedded in your photos)

The analysis results never leave your device and are stored only in your device's local cache.

1.3 Purchase Information

When you subscribe to Ezy Photo Clean Premium, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only:

• Subscription status (active/inactive)
• Product identifier (monthly or yearly subscription)
• Transaction verification tokens (for security)

Apple handles all payment processing, and we never have access to your credit card information, billing address, or other payment details.

2. How We Use Information

The limited information we receive is used solely to:

• Verify subscription status: Confirm that you have an active premium subscription
• Provide premium features: Unlock unlimited cleaning, smart insights, and other premium functionality
• Prevent fraud: Validate purchase receipts to prevent unauthorized access

3. Photo Library Access

Ezy Photo Clean requests access to your Photo Library to perform its core functions:

• Read Access: To analyze your photos and videos for duplicates, quality issues, and organization opportunities
• Write Access: To delete photos and videos that you explicitly choose to remove

Important: Photo Library access is required for the app to function. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Ezy Photo Clean. However, the app will not function without this permission.

3.1 What We Do With Photo Access

• Scan metadata (size, date, resolution, location from EXIF)
• Generate thumbnails for duplicate detection
• Analyze image quality (blur detection)
• Identify duplicate videos
• Delete photos/videos you select for removal

3.2 What We DON'T Do With Photo Access

• Upload photos or videos to our servers (we don't have servers)
• Share photos with third parties
• Use photos for advertising or marketing
• Train AI/ML models on your photos
• Perform facial recognition beyond on-device processing

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage Only

All app data is stored locally on your device:

• Cache: Temporary thumbnails and analysis results stored in app cache
• Preferences: App settings stored in iOS UserDefaults
• Database: Scan results stored in on-device CoreData database

4.2 Data Protection

Your data is protected by:

• iOS sandboxing (data isolated from other apps)
• Device encryption (when device passcode/Face ID is enabled)
• No network transmission (data never leaves your device)

4.3 Data Deletion

You can delete all app data by:

• Uninstalling the app (removes all cached data)
• Clearing app cache in iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Ezy Photo Clean

5. Subscription and Payment Information

5.1 Subscription Plans

Ezy Photo Clean offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly Premium: $19.99/month (introductory offer: $9.99 for first 3 months)
• Yearly Premium: $49.99/year (introductory offer: $29.99 for first year)

5.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions

5.3 Free Trial

If a free trial or introductory offer is provided:

• Any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

6. Third-Party Services

Ezy Photo Clean uses the following Apple services:

• StoreKit: For in-app purchase processing (managed by Apple)
• PhotoKit: For accessing your photo library (on-device only)
• CoreLocation: For reverse geocoding location names from photo EXIF data (on-device only)

To improve our app and understand how users interact with our features, we use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC.

What Firebase Analytics Collects

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device model, manufacturer, OS version, screen resolution, language settings, mobile carrier, and device identifiers (App Instance ID)
• Usage Information: App opens, session duration, features used, in-app events, app version, and first app open date
• Performance Data: App crashes, errors, scan completion times, and performance metrics

What We Track Specifically

• Number of scans performed (initial, location, similar photos, blurry, large videos)
• Number of items deleted and storage space freed
• Time taken to complete scans
• App feature usage patterns
• Technical errors and crashes

What We DO NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Your photos or videos
• Photo content or metadata
• Your name, email, or contact information
• Your exact location
• Your IP address (anonymized by Firebase)
• Any personally identifiable information (PII)

How Analytics Data is Used

Analytics data helps us:

• Understand which features are most useful
• Identify and fix bugs and crashes
• Improve app performance
• Make informed decisions about new features

Data Storage and Retention

• Storage: Analytics data is stored on Google's secure servers
• Retention: Event data is automatically deleted after 2 months (60 days)
• Aggregation: Data is aggregated and anonymized for reporting

Third-Party Access

Firebase Analytics data is:

• Processed by Google LLC under Google's Privacy Policy
• NOT sold to third parties
• NOT used for advertising or targeting
• Only accessible to our development team for app improvement

Your Control

You can limit analytics collection by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in iOS Settings:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track = OFF

Apple Services

The app uses the following Apple frameworks for core functionality:

All processing with Apple services happens locally on your device. No photo data is sent to Apple or our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Ezy Photo Clean is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ezyphotoclean@gmail.com.

8. International Users

Ezy Photo Clean operates entirely on your device. No data is transferred internationally. All processing occurs on your iOS device, regardless of your location.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Providing an in-app notification for material changes

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

10. Your Rights and Choices

10.1 Photo Library Access

• You can revoke photo library access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos
• The app will not function without photo library access

10.2 Subscription Management

• View, manage, or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
• Request a refund through the App Store if you're not satisfied

10.3 Data Deletion

• All app data is stored locally and can be deleted by uninstalling the app
• Deleted photos go to your "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered for 30 days

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected
• Request deletion of personal information
• Opt-out of the sale of personal information

Note: Ezy Photo Clean does not collect, sell, or share any personal information. All processing is performed on your device.

12. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under GDPR. However, Ezy Photo Clean does not collect or process personal data as defined by GDPR. All photo analysis is performed locally on your device.
